Chelsey Faye Designer, Artist & Collaborator located Downtown

operating out of Faye’s Studio in the heart of Des Moines, Iowa. Specializing in designing one-of-a-kind garments as well as jewelry. Wedding dresses, festival wear, evening wear, kimonos, maxi skirts, bohemian-flare clothing - all my specialty. I love to incorporate unique prints, variety of textures in materials, bright colors, funky trims and fringe wherever I can. My specialty is hand-painted denim. Up-cycling old garments is kind of my jam, as well. No one piece is ever duplicated. You will truly have a custom garment or piece of jewelry when you purchase/rent from my boutique. I work closely with my clients to create exactly what they are wanting for their special occasion.

I am also a mixed-media artist. Painting murals and bright abstract pieces (both large and small) to floral inspired work.. acrylic paint pours, ladies, geometric patterns, you name it. I will paint for your space and per your request. I will also paint any unique object, piece of furniture, handbags, shoes, glassware- whatever you want! Again, nothing is ever duplicated. You will have a unique piece of art to reflect the light and energy of your space.

Lastly, I am a make-up-artist and love to style for the stage. I grew up working with MAC cosmetics and they truly helped shape me into the artist and designer I am today. Theatrical make up is my favorite.
